Questions about maxillfacial surgery

I am 26 and have decided to consider this surgery. I have had
all the repairs and revisions done, but I'm seeking more of a
cosmetic surgery. For those who have done this, could you tell me
more about it and what they do. And if anyone knows of a good
surgeon from easter Iowa, please let me know. I want to get all
the information I can before I contact a doctor. I also wanted to
say, that I think this is a good web page and helps those who
just need a little support or need answers. If anyone is

Hi Stacy, I had a bone graft operation several years ago, and
unfortunately, it did not take. There are postings toward the
bottom of this discussion list entitled "Adult Cleft"
and "Bone graft sugery for adults". The first one I
responded to and the second I posted myself. I think you'll find
